Vermillion Janitorial Cleaning has been providing commercial janitorial services to facilities across Dakota County and the southern Minnesota metro for 22 years. We work with offices, light industrial facilities, agricultural operations, and mixed-use commercial buildings in Vermillion, Hastings, Farmington, Rosemount, and the surrounding communities.
We are a service-area business. We do not operate from a public storefront. Our operational overhead goes into crew staffing, equipment, and materials — not office space and a reception desk. That structure allows us to price competitively and staff correctly for the contracts we hold.
We do commercial and light industrial janitorial work. We do not do residential maid service, post-construction cleanup, or hazmat remediation. Staying in our lane means our crews know how to work in operating businesses — around equipment, with proper key and alarm procedures, and without requiring supervision from facility staff.
Every contract is staffed with a named primary crew. When crew changes occur — which happens in this industry — we handle them through a supervised transition, not a surprise substitution. We carry enough staff depth to cover absences without disrupting client schedules. If a crew member cannot work, we fill the position from our own roster, not from a staffing agency call at 8pm.
