No. Most clients start on a 90-day agreement. After that, the contract continues month-to-month. We have held contracts for years under this structure. If the work is done correctly, you do not need a multi-year commitment to continue.
We supply all cleaning products, equipment and materials as part of the contract. Client-supplied paper goods and hand soap are restocked by our crew if you provide them; we do not typically purchase consumables on your behalf. This is clarified in the written scope before the first clean.
We fill the position from our own staff roster. We do not call a staffing agency at 8pm. If for any reason we cannot staff the cleaning on a given night, we notify you in advance and reschedule — we do not simply skip the visit and hope you do not notice.
Yes. Weekend cleaning is available and is common for facilities that need a thorough clean before Monday without losing a weeknight. Floor stripping and periodic deep-clean work almost always runs on weekends. Weekend scheduling is confirmed in the written scope.
It is a document we provide before the first cleaning that lists every task, its frequency (nightly, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and the standard it should meet. It is the checklist our supervisors use for quality checks. It is the document you can point to if something was not done. Most cleaning contractors do not provide one; we consider it the minimum acceptable starting point for a professional contract.

We respond to all quote requests by the next business day, Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm. For smaller facilities (under 3,000 sq ft), we can often quote from the information in your submission. For larger facilities, we prefer a brief site walkthrough before quoting.
We focus on commercial and light industrial facilities: offices, professional suites, agricultural equipment dealers, small manufacturing and warehouse spaces, and mixed-use commercial buildings. We do not do residential maid service or post-construction cleanup.
